During your bridal trial, you'll try out hair and makeup looks, including lashes, to find the perfect style for your wedding day. It's your chance to see how everything comes together and to make any adjustments needed to ensure you absolutely perfect for your big day!

This package offers professional hair and makeup services for bridesmaids, the mothers of the bride and groom, grandmothers, and other key guests, ensuring everyone looks stunning. This service is not a package, allowing you the freedom to select what you want. Whether you need just your makeup done or prefer to focus on your hair, this option is designed to meet specific needs for the bridal party.

Bridal Trial Experience
A bridal trial is a vital step to ensure your special day is seamless and stress-free. This session allows us to perfect your wedding-day look by exploring and practicing different styles that bring your vision to life. Hosted at Scarlett and Sage Salon In Culpeper VA, we will conduct an in-depth consultation to discuss your bridal goals, preferences, and the steps to achieve them. Feel free to bring inspiration photos to make the experience truly customized for you.
Availability:
Trials are offered on weekdays and occasional Saturdays in salon. While not mandatory, a trial is highly recommended to guarantee a flawless outcome. Please book ahead to secure your spot, as availability is limited. Arrive with clean, dry hair and a fresh face (if makeup services are being provided).
Important Policies:
Before booking, we kindly ask you to review all policies and fees outlined on this page. Once the booking fee is paid and the contract is signed, both parties agree to all terms and conditions provided.

​Retainer to insure your wedding date:
A Retainer of 20% of total services is due when booking your wedding date. This retainer is non refundable and goes towards your final day of payment.

Need Me by Your Side for Photos and the Ceremony?
After completing your initial services, I can stay on-site to assist with any touch-ups or provide additional looks for your big day. Whether it’s ensuring every photo is flawless or creating a second makeup style for the evening, I’ve got you covered!
Here’s what I offer:
• On-Site Touch-Ups: $50 per additional hour for ongoing support through photos and the ceremony.

​Travel Policy
All travel fees are calculated based on departure from Culpeper, Virginia. Please keep this in mind when booking on-location services. Travel is limited to a maximum of 150 miles from Culpeper, VA. *I do not offer services requiring flights or out-of-state travel!
Minimum Service Totals for On-Location Travel
To qualify for on-site services, the following minimum service totals must be met:
• Within $500
Additional fees may apply for travel beyond the designated service area.
Important Details
• Hair Preparation: Clients must arrive with clean, dry hair. An additional fee of $50 will be charged for blow-drying if needed.
Service Capacity:
I can accommodate up to 5 services for hair and makeup per event. If your party exceeds this limit, additional stylists may be required. If an assistant is needed there will be a $200 Assistant fee! This fee covers travel and products used by other stylist!

Payment Policy:
Full payment is required Day of service. Payments are non-refundable once received.
Cancellations/Rescheduling:
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before wedding, 50% of the total service amount will be due.
Payment Responsibility
The bride or booking party is responsible for covering all service costs. Payment can be made collectively or individually by members of the wedding party. Any additional costs, such as parking, tolls, lodging, or other travel-related expenses, will also be the responsibility of the booking party.
